Exercise Classes

2018 Exercise Classes are back!  The Fitness Center is hosting a series of exercise classes Mondays and Wednesdays from 0730-1830.  The class will be separated into two parts.  The first part will be the Aerobic and Cardio Session from 1730-1800.  The second part will focus on Total Body Fitness from 1800-1830.  Classes are structured so participants can work and progress at their individual preferred levels.
