Fall Fitness Class Schedule

Total Fitness Mondays 1730-1830

A mix of Cardio Drills, Weight Training, Resistance Bands Plyometrics, Core Training and Body Weight Exercises that tone the complete body.

Jog On Tuesdays (JOT)           Tuesdays    1730-1830

Meet up in front of the Fitness Center for a jog, run or walk through the neighborhood. A log will be kept so participants can monitor and track their mileage and steps.

Interval Training Wednesday 1730-1800

Functional Fitness Exercises and Drills using short bursts of exercises followed by short recovery intervals will help improve everyday tasks, work and athletic performance.

Family Fitness Night Tuesday    September 12 1730-1830

Exercise activities for the entire family. Families can particpate in Basic Aerobics, Body Weight Exercises, Circuit Training and Traditional Sports once a month.                (For ages 5 and up)
