Total Fitness Mondays 1730-1830 |
A mix of Cardio Drills, Weight Training, Resistance Bands Plyometrics, Core Training and Body Weight Exercises that tone the complete body. |
Jog On Tuesdays (JOT) Tuesdays 1730-1830 |
Meet up in front of the Fitness Center for a jog, run or walk through the neighborhood. A log will be kept so participants can monitor and track their mileage and steps. |
Interval Training Wednesday 1730-1800 |
Functional Fitness Exercises and Drills using short bursts of exercises followed by short recovery intervals will help improve everyday tasks, work and athletic performance. |
Family Fitness Night Tuesday September 12 1730-1830 |
Exercise activities for the entire family. Families can particpate in Basic Aerobics, Body Weight Exercises, Circuit Training and Traditional Sports once a month. (For ages 5 and up) |
